Terza is a fierce Ascylian warrior who used to serve under Biranha. Her willingness to fight helped save her city, but she was captured and put in stasis as the spiritual saviour of the city. She eventually escaped or was freed, and fought Aspen Matthews. Within a short time, Terza defeated Aspen, stating that she had only decided to spare her life because her strife with Kiani.

- Cryokinesis - Terza was able to freeze Aspen Matthews to the spot by freezing the ocean. She was also able to freeze Aspen's neural pathways so that she would not be able to move.
